How EXO Workshops collects, uses, and protects the information you share when you visit this website, request a workshop, or book a class.
Last updated: October 9, 2026
Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to share with us. When you send a workshop request, we receive your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, the workshop you are interested in, your group size, your preferred date and time, any optional location details, and the additional options you select. When you email us, we receive your message and contact details.
Public classes are booked and paid for through our online class scheduler, Acuity Scheduling. Information you enter there, including payment details, is collected and processed by Acuity under its own privacy policy. EXO does not see or store your full payment card number.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, confirm availability, plan and deliver your workshop, send booking details and reminders, and follow up about your session. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
The Readiness Quiz
The Readiness Quiz runs entirely in your browser. Your answers and score are not sent to EXO or stored on our servers.
Cookies and site data
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. To help pages load quickly and work with a weak connection, your browser may store a copy of site files on your device. You can clear this at any time in your browser settings.
Service providers and links
We rely on trusted providers to run this website and our bookings, including our website host, which receives workshop request submissions, and Acuity Scheduling for class booking and payment. These providers process information only to deliver their services. Links to other websites, such as Instagram or partner organizations, are governed by those sites’ own privacy policies.
Children’s privacy
Our workshops teach families how to care for infants and children, but this website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. Junior caregiver and youth workshops should be arranged by a parent, guardian, or organization leader.
Keeping and protecting your information
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our workshops, meet our obligations, and resolve any questions. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing steven@exoworkshops.com.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
