Between my years on New York City ambulances and my work as a firefighter, I’ve handled countless calls where you don’t get a second chance. Those moments teach you composure, clarity, and how to act decisively under real pressure.
Having my daughter changed my perspective on pediatric emergencies entirely. The most important readiness doesn’t begin in an ambulance, it begins in our home. I created EXO to take the fear out of home emergencies. I help families learn how to handle these emergencies together.
