How booking works. Public classes are booked and paid for through EXO’s online class scheduler. Private and group workshop requests go straight to EXO, who confirm availability and payment details with you directly. For anything else, contact EXO directly.
Choosing a workshop
Which workshop is right for me?
For parents, grandparents, and other caregivers, explore a public class or a private family workshop. EXO also offers workshops for youth groups, junior caregivers, and professional teams. Visit Groups & organizations to compare those options.
What is the private infant-safety workshop like?
The 90-minute Infant Safety and First Aid Workshop brings hands-on practice into your home for your family, friends, or caregivers. EXO brings infant manikins and AED trainers, with time to practice and ask questions. See Private workshops for the workshop outline and group-size details.
Does every workshop include certification?
No. Certification depends on the course and is not automatically included with every workshop. EXO offers course-specific CPR, AED, and First Aid certification options for professional teams. Contact EXO to confirm the right course and its requirements before booking.
Who are junior caregiver workshops for?
Junior caregiver workshops are designed for ages 11–15 and introduce practical safety skills for young people taking on more responsibility. EXO also offers age-appropriate workshops for scout troops and youth groups. Explore youth and group workshops.

How much does a workshop cost?
Pricing depends on the workshop format and group size. See public classes, private workshops, or group workshops for current pricing. Confirm the final total, any optional extras, and availability with EXO before booking.
How do I arrange a private or group workshop?
Share your preferred date, location, workshop type, and group size with EXO. The team will confirm availability and coordinate the details; a requested date is not a reservation. Send your details through the request form or email EXO.
Can my school, practice, or parent group partner with EXO?
EXO works with schools and daycares, pediatric practices and family clubs, and neighborhood and parent groups. Visit the Community page for ways to partner, or get in touch about your organization.
Can I bring my baby or request accommodations?
Please contact EXO before booking to discuss baby attendance, accessibility needs, and any venue-specific arrangements. These details must be confirmed for your selected session.
Where can I find cancellation, rescheduling, and deposit details?
These terms vary by workshop. Ask EXO for the terms that apply to your workshop before confirming a booking or making a payment.

How does the Readiness Quiz work?
The quick version selects 10 questions at random from EXO’s 20-question bank. You can also choose all 20 questions.
